Order Entry Coordinator

About the role

Eva Pharma is seeking a passionate Order Entry Coordinator to support its mission of enhancing health and well-being. You will ensure accurate processing of customer and inter‑company orders while maintaining high data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage orders in Oracle ERP, verifying pricing, quantities, Incoterms, currency and billing details before release.
• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting to resolve credit holds, pricing and tax discrepancies, and align orders with shipments and invoices.
• Monitor and clear order holds by working with Sales, Planning, Logistics and Warehousing to meet SLA targets.
• Maintain order‑entry KPIs, SLA performance, hold aging reports and root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure audit readiness by keeping complete transaction trails for order‑to‑cash and inter‑company processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in order management or O2C operations, preferably in pharma, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP Order Management module.
• Experience working closely with Accounting/Finance teams on credit control and invoicing.
