Organisational Effectiveness Specialist

About the role

Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai is recruiting one Organisational Effectiveness Specialist (reference 73323) to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Organisation Design and Effectiveness initiatives across Mediclinic Middle East. The role partners with the Director of HR Operations and OE, maintains HR OPs/OE governance frameworks and policies, and applies organisation design and effectiveness methodologies to analyse organisational structures, job architecture and make evidence-based recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Organisation Design and Organisation Effectiveness initiatives.
• Apply Job Architecture frameworks and develop and maintain Job Profiles.
• Lead defined workstreams within Organisation Effectiveness, HR Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Gather data and report on progress.
• Provide governance, administration and stakeholder support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive human resources experience with exposure to organisation design, effectiveness and change management.
• Experience in project coordination and governance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of organisational design methodologies and job design principles.
• Change management methodologies and organisational culture transformation.
• Project coordination and planning.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
