OT Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead end‑to‑end client engagements in the Middle East and Africa region. You will shape strategy, deliver consulting services, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of OT cybersecurity consulting projects from discovery through implementation and handover.
• Lead assessments, maturity reviews, gap analyses and risk assessments for OT and critical infrastructure environments.
• Develop and present strategies, roadmaps, business cases and transformation plans to senior audiences.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering and solution design, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting and engineering teams, overseeing quality, timelines and client expectations.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, RFP responses and practice growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record leading cybersecurity engagements and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to advise C‑suite and senior technical audiences.
• Demonstrated involvement in business development and account growth.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCA ECC, SAMA CSF).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAF (or equivalent) are desirable.
• Experience with OT/critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, utilities, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
