Outbound Sales Development Representative (Banking Products)

About the role

CreditMarket.ae, part of Alfred Holdings, is a digital platform that connects customers with banking and financial solutions. It is looking for a driven, results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its team. The role is 100% remote and full-time, and involves contacting assigned leads, identifying potential customers, promoting banking products and generating qualified business opportunities through outbound calling.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads about credit cards, personal loans, mortgages and other banking products, explaining features, eligibility, documentation and application procedures.
• Identify customer needs, assess interest and follow up with interested customers to progress applications and improve conversion.
• Contact and manage all assigned leads within prescribed timelines, updating the CRM or lead tracker with call outcomes, status, remarks and next follow-ups, including reference and campaign IDs.
• Escalate duplicate leads, incorrect contact details, unassigned leads and other issues to the Reporting Manager.
• Follow up on pending documents and application submissions, coordinate with sales, processing and support teams, and track application progress.
• Submit a daily performance report covering calls made, leads and applications, follow-ups, objections and reasons for missing targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in high-volume outbound calling.
• Sales-driven mindset focused on lead conversion and target achievement.
• Good listening, customer handling and objection-handling skills.
• Attention to detail when updating CRM records and discipline in following daily targets, rosters and procedures.
