Outbound Virtual Relationship Manager (UAE National)

About the role

The Virtual Outbound Relationship Manager will serve clients in the local and premium segments, focusing on non‑cross‑border interactions. Working in a digitally enabled environment, you will expand relationships through proactive outbound engagement, promote financial products and services, and drive revenue growth while upholding regulatory standards and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive product advisory, explaining features, benefits and onboarding procedures.
• Monitor and support automated digital channels for wealth management, investment options, loyalty programmes and promotions.
• Triage client inquiries, redirecting complex cases to appropriate Relationship Managers or specialists.
• Convert inbound queries and prior interactions into sales opportunities with tailored financial solutions.
• Identify and nurture cross‑selling and upselling prospects to grow the affluent portfolio.
• Refer clients in restricted markets to licensed channels to ensure compliance.

Required profile
