Outlet Manager – Hospitality F&B

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid, part of Accor, is looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead one of its signature restaurants or bars. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and uphold the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day outlet operations, maintaining hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest service, handle feedback and create an engaging atmosphere.
• Supervise, train and motivate the team, manage schedules and monitor performance.
• Control revenue and costs through upselling, waste reduction and effective inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events to attract guests.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, guest feedback and operational needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic F&B software.
• Understanding of food safety standards and cost control.
