Outlet Manager – Italian Restaurant

About the role

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager who is fluent in Italian to lead its signature Italian restaurant. The role combines operational leadership, guest experience excellence, and financial stewardship within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards align with Hyatt brand expectations.
• Drive guest satisfaction through authentic Italian cuisine, attentive service, and effective service recovery.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of a multicultural team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance regulations.
• Control inventory, purchasing, and stock levels to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years progressive F&B experience, with 3‑5 years in a senior restaurant leadership role.
• Proven track record managing authentic Italian restaurants in luxury hotels or upscale venues.
• Fluent Italian and strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and retain multicultural teams.
