Packaging Factory Staff – Multiple Roles in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our packaging factory in Dubai. Multiple positions are available across various functions, including cleaning, packing assistance, e‑picking, storekeeping, supervision, driving, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Assist in assembling, packing, and labeling products.
• Operate e‑picking equipment and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, receive shipments, and organize storage areas.
• Supervise teams, monitor performance, and report issues.
• Transport goods safely within and outside the site.
• Provide security monitoring and access control.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Physical stamina for manual tasks.

Required skills

• Basic literacy and numeracy.
