Paralegal (UAE & International Legal Affairs)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, technology‑savvy Paralegal to support our Legal & Corporate Affairs team across the UAE and international operations. The role combines deep knowledge of UAE legal frameworks with experience in international legal systems and modern legal technology.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on UAE, GCC and international laws; monitor legislative changes.
• Maintain legal knowledge bases, templates, precedents and document libraries.
• Manage end‑to‑end legal workflows, contract review, approvals, renewals and obligations tracking.
• Draft, review and coordinate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts and employment documentation.
• Support company incorporation, licensing, corporate governance and regulatory filings.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, legal dashboards and board reports.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for legal research, first‑pass contract review and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks and familiarity with international legal systems.
• Experience managing legal workflows, contract lifecycle and compliance initiatives.
• Comfortable using modern legal technology and AI‑assisted tools.
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership, business teams and government stakeholders.
