Part-Time AI Training Specialist – Humanities & Arts ($70/hr)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its new language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for the arts, culture and humanities sector. The role is fully remote, part‑time (5‑20 hours per week) and offers a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI‑generated exhibition catalog essays, cultural funding applications and artist biographical profiles.
• Develop and audit collection provenance spreadsheets, donor briefing decks and public programming outlines.
• Ensure all outputs meet scholarly and public‑facing quality standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in a museum, gallery, cultural institution, arts nonprofit or academic humanities setting.
• Proven ability to produce scholarly or public‑facing written material.
• Strong command of art‑historical, literary or cultural research methods and the capacity to translate research into clear, board‑ready writing.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and slide presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
