Partner Relations Manager – Uzbek & Russian Speaking

About the role

We are looking for passionate and self‑motivated professionals to join our Partner Relations team. The role focuses on developing and implementing partner retention strategies, acting as the main contact for partners and analysing partner behaviour to drive upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies to enhance loyalty and maximise lifetime value.
• Act as the main contact for partners, providing personalised support and fostering strong relationships.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, gather feedback and tailor initiatives to improve experiences.
• Analyse partner behaviour to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services.
• Communicate product updates, promotions and platform improvement ideas to relevant teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in partner retention.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian speaker with excellent oral and written English skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Target‑oriented, resourceful and able to work autonomously under pressure.
