Partnership Consultant – Business Set Up

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Partnership Consultant to drive the growth of our business set‑up services in Sharjah. You will build and nurture relationships with business‑setup consultants and channel partners, promoting our free‑zone solutions and helping clients establish companies in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new business‑setup consultants and channel partners.
• Maintain existing partner relationships through regular meetings, training sessions and CRM updates.
• Promote company formation, free‑zone and business package services to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of B2B sales, partnership management or business development experience in the UAE, preferably within business set‑up, free‑zones or corporate sales.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho CRM.
