Partnership Sales Manager

About the role

As Sokin expands its global payments platform, the Partnership Sales Manager will join the international Partnerships team to drive growth across the MENA region, particularly the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on identifying, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships that generate long‑term revenue for the fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with Sokin’s expansion strategy in the MENA region.
• Negotiate and formalise strategic agreements that deliver mutual value and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with product, operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, developing tailored engagement plans to boost satisfaction and referrals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and uncovering optimisation opportunities.
• Leverage networks in fintech, B2B credit, payroll, e‑commerce and digital transformation agencies to expand Sokin’s ecosystem.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of progressive business development experience in remittance, e‑commerce or financial services.
• Proven track record of creating and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
• Deep knowledge of remittance, e‑commerce and payment solutions within the UAE and GCC markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
