Parts Advisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

We are building a pool of Parts Advisors to support retail customers and workshop teams across the UAE. The role combines automotive parts expertise with strong customer service and sales skills to ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and workshop staff in identifying, sourcing and quoting the correct automotive parts and accessories.
• Process sales orders, reservations and inventory updates in SAP, ensuring accurate stock management.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians on parts availability, order status and expected arrival times.
• Drive parts revenue through upselling, accessory promotion and appropriate discount management.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with an automotive background.
• 3‑5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or after‑sales support.
• Strong communication skills in English; basic Arabic is a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP for order and inventory processing.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
