Parts Counter Representative

About the role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Aftersales team as a Parts Counter Representative, acting as the primary contact for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories. You will ensure a seamless parts purchasing experience while supporting workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve parts sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross‑selling and promotion of accessories.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Job Controllers and workshop teams to guarantee timely parts availability and keep customers informed.
• Maintain accurate sales orders, reservations and customer records in SAP.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock control and regular audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably with an automotive background.
• 3‑5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Good command of English; basic Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
