About the role

Mind Base Education is seeking a part‑time teacher to deliver high‑level tutoring in biology, chemistry and physics at its Khalifa City‑A centre. The role involves both in‑person and online sessions, supporting students to improve their academic performance and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Academic Support: Provide individualized and small‑group tutoring in core science subjects.
• Homework Assistance: Help students complete assignments while fostering effective study habits.
• Progress Monitoring: Assess student progress regularly and report findings to the Centre Manager and parents.
• Assessment Reports: Produce detailed reports after each session outlining performance and areas for improvement.
• Mentorship: Act as a role model, offering guidance to build confidence and resilience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Centre Manager and staff to align tutoring strategies with overall teaching objectives.
• Parent Communication: Discuss student progress with parents and address any concerns.
• Professional Development: Participate in company‑provided training to stay current with best educational practices.
• Engagement: Conduct interactive tutoring sessions, maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.
