Part‑Time Human Resources Officer (UAE National)

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support and advise hotel management on HR policies, succession planning and employee relations, ensuring a high‑quality staff experience in a leading hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage succession planning during bi‑annual appraisal cycles.
• Handle employee relations matters confidentially, including disciplinaries, grievances and capability issues.
• Monitor employee absence in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain the online personnel and payroll systems and produce monthly reports.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring immigration checks are completed.
• Identify departmental training needs and ensure completion of mandatory health, safety and security training.
• Assist in organising team‑member social events and promote staff benefits.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Human Resources Officer or in an equivalent HR role.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems and payroll software.
• IT proficiency for maintaining online personnel records.
