Part‑time Hybrid System Administrator (Dubai)

About the role

This is a part‑time hybrid position based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work from home when needed. The System Administrator will ensure the stability, security and performance of the company’s core IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system health, apply updates and patches, and manage backup and recovery procedures.
• Maintain servers, operating systems and core infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Provide technical support, diagnose and resolve system and network issues.
• Document configurations, support IT projects and upgrades, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
