About the role
Keto Kartel, an award‑winning Dubai brand specializing in 100% gluten‑free and sugar‑free pastries and chocolates, is opening a new production facility in Bulgaria. We are seeking pastry and chocolate professionals at all levels to join the founding team.
Key responsibilities
- Train hands‑on in Dubai on our recipes, techniques and standards for a few months.
- Relocate to Bulgaria once the facility is operational and become part of the founding team.
Required profile
- Professional pastry and/or chocolate experience at the level you are applying for.
- Passion for precision, quality and innovation.
- Interest in or experience with gluten‑free, sugar‑free or keto baking.
- Willingness to relocate to Europe.
