Patient Experience Executive

About the role

Sunny Medical Center Al Majaz in Sharjah is looking for a Patient Experience Executive to support the overall patient experience. The role covers welcoming patients, handling enquiries and complaints, managing reception and waiting areas, and liaising between departments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients, direct them to the right departments and give clear instructions.
• Provide hospital information and answer patient queries; handle complaints in a structured, timely and professional way, respecting privacy.
• Ensure patients have a good overall experience and manage the reception and waiting areas.
• Handle telephone enquiries and direct queries accordingly.
• Liaise between departments when required.
• Follow the duty schedule set by the supervisor, including different shifts as needed.
• Adhere strictly to NMC regulations and policies, especially infection control, patient safety and JCI standards.
• Support continuous quality improvement and take part in quality assurance activities.
• Maintain patient and staff confidentiality, exercise effective interpersonal skills, and take part in hospital training.

Required profile

• High school education; a college degree is preferred.
