About the role
ADIB Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is hiring a Payment Processor in Abu Dhabi. The role covers processing payments and staff expenses, reconciling general ledger accounts and month-end closing, and responding to payment queries within agreed time limits.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments and staff expenses within the agreed SLA of 5 working days, with 99% accuracy, to the correct GLs, cost centers and GL codes, and ensure they are approved and within policy
- Clear SAP Arabia exceptions
- Reconcile GL accounts owned by FCD AP, monitor and reconcile CWIP, and monitor cash advances and liquidated amounts
- Perform month-end closing: post-prepaid and accrued general expense entries, post journal vouchers with proper tracking, and monitor expenses per business requirements
- Respond to payment-related queries within the agreed TAT and provide on-demand reports and analysis
- Other duties assigned by the line manager
