About the role
We are seeking a DHA‑licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join Starwalkers in Dubai. The role focuses on assessing and supporting sensory, motor and daily‑living skills of children, using a neurodiversity‑affirming approach.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sensory‑based assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Provide sensory integration therapy and strength‑based interventions.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers and a Speech‑Language Pathologist in co‑therapy sessions.
- Document assessments, progress notes and generate official reports.
- Participate in Individualized Care Plan meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Contribute to online resources, webinars and parent coaching programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current DHA license.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn neurodiversity paradigms.
