Pediatric Specialist

About the role

First Response Healthcare, a leading home‑health provider in the Middle East, is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Specialist to deliver medical care to infants, children and adolescents in their homes across Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, treating and monitoring a range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic paediatric illnesses in a home‑care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and track patient progress.
• Provide health education and preventive care guidance to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with DHA regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Required profile

• DHA licence or eligibility letter (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience as a paediatric specialist.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑focused care.
