People Technology Analyst

About the role

The People Technology Analyst supports HR and business applications by delivering end‑user assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operation. The role also drives continuous improvement through data analysis, reporting, and user enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to users of HR and business applications, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation.
• Investigate, analyze and document application issues, tracking them with IT and system teams.
• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and document system requirements for enhancements and new functionalities.
• Support system testing by preparing test scenarios, executing functional tests and validating changes before deployment.
• Extract, analyze and interpret system data using queries to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to management.
• Create and maintain user guides, process flows and training materials, including step‑by‑step guides and video tutorials.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and other functions to implement system changes and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in supporting HR or business applications.
