Performance and SEO Specialist

About the role

Lead and optimise performance marketing and SEO initiatives for both physical retail stores and e‑commerce platforms, owning the full customer journey from demand generation to conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms, managing budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Develop audience segmentation, remarketing, acquisition and retention strategies and support seasonal promotions, product launches and brand activations.
• Design and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and optimise on‑site content.
• Monitor website health, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals and manage Google Search Console.
• Analyse website traffic, conversion rates and CRO opportunities, lead A/B testing and collaborate with UX, design and merchandising teams.
• Track, analyse and report KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and advertising dashboards, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with e‑commerce, content, brand, marketing, merchandising and retail operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 2‑4 years experience in performance marketing, SEO or e‑commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with excellent communication and project management skills.
