Performance Marketer

About the role

ERE Homes is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Performance Marketer to manage paid advertising campaigns, generate qualified leads and drive measurable results across its marketing channels in the Dubai real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Generate qualified leads and optimise campaigns against performance targets, monitoring spend, cost‑per‑lead and conversion rates.
• Conduct creative testing and continuously optimise campaign performance.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, reporting and campaign analytics.
• Analyse lead quality and improve the link between marketing performance and sales outcomes.
• Report results, identify improvement opportunities and implement data‑driven changes.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Demonstrable skills in campaign optimisation, budget management, creative testing and conversion tracking.
• Data‑driven approach with ability to explain campaign decisions and measurable results.
• Experience in real‑estate lead generation is strongly preferred.
• Dubai‑based candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
