Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Tawkeed Investments LLC is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive in Dubai, UAE, on a full-time, on-site basis. The role covers planning and managing paid ads, social media content and e-commerce promotion, with a monthly salary of AED 5,000.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
• Create engaging content, Reels and promotional videos
• Manage e-commerce platforms and landing pages
• Use AI tools for content creation and marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies and prepare performance reports tracking key metrics
• Develop content calendars and marketing campaigns

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
• Good communication, creativity and analytical skills

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Google Analytics and SEO
• Canva, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools
