About the role
HONORA is building an in‑house marketing team to generate qualified enquiries and grow its UAE company formation, visa support and corporate services business. The Performance Marketing Lead will plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google advertising campaigns, manage budgets and track results from enquiry to paying client.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and develop targeting and campaign messaging.
- Improve landing‑page conversion and track results from enquiry to paying client.
- Guide the Content Creator on advertising assets and collaborate with the Lead & CRM Coordinator to improve lead quality.
Required profile
- Hands‑on advertising experience with clear evidence of personally managed campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to explain spend, qualified leads, booked consultations and commercial outcomes.
- Experience in UAE service‑business sector is an advantage.
