Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

GoSats is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the daily execution of paid acquisition across multiple channels. You will be responsible for scaling spend, reducing customer acquisition cost, and improving conversion rates while collaborating closely with the Growth and Creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Scale advertising spend while continuously lowering CAC and boosting conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth and Creative teams to align creative assets with performance goals.
• Monitor and analyze attribution data (gclid, gbraid, IDFA, SKAdNetwork) to ensure accurate measurement.
• Conduct rigorous creative testing and audience experimentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience running paid acquisition for consumer apps with at least 100K monthly active users.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads Manager, and Apple Search Ads.
• Deep understanding of mobile attribution and the ATT framework.
• Comfortable using Mixpanel for analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to iterate quickly on creative and audience segments.
