Performance Marketing Manager (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National to lead our performance marketing function in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will shape the technology roadmap that powers our digital acquisition efforts, turning commercial objectives into scalable, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the performance marketing technology roadmap in partnership with product owners.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Champion tools that improve user acquisition, targeting, and measurement.
• Identify technology and data gaps to boost marketing ROI.
• Optimize workflows for campaign execution and reporting.
• Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, acquisition cost, and attribution performance.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• University degree in marketing, business, technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in performance, growth or digital acquisition marketing.
• Experience in high‑volume digital consumer environments is preferred.
