Personal Assistant & Social Media Content Creator – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a fresh graduate who is organized, proactive, presentable, and creative to support an executive in both personal assistance and social media content creation. The role blends day‑to‑day administrative tasks with managing and producing engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings and reminders.
• Coordinate personal and business‑related tasks, travel arrangements and correspondence.
• Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and create daily content.
• Develop ideas for posts, stories, reels and short‑form videos, including filming, photography and basic video editing.
• Write captions, schedule and publish content, monitor engagement and provide performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduate or junior level with internship/freelance experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Creative, confident, outgoing personality with interest in fashion, lifestyle and digital trends.
• Ability to handle both administrative and creative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to use Canva and basic video/photo editing applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
