Personal Trainer & Children’s Health Educator – Dubai

About the role

A private household in Dubai is looking for a qualified Personal Trainer and Children’s Health Educator to support the physical development and health education of both parents and children. The role combines individualized fitness coaching with age‑appropriate health lessons in a family‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fitness sessions for adults and children.
• Design age‑appropriate exercises that improve strength, mobility, coordination and overall fitness.
• Introduce children to basic human anatomy, body awareness, movement, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits through engaging activities.
• Monitor progress of each family member and adjust programs to meet individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, motivating and supportive environment for the whole family.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE with a valid work permit or eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Sports Coach or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science and physical fitness.
• Experience working with children and ability to make health education engaging.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
