Personal Trainer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our new Formative collective in Dubai. You will work in a premium fitness environment, delivering safe and effective training sessions that help members reach their health and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized training programs aligned with individual member objectives.
• Engage with members on the gym floor, providing professional guidance and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training packages to meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and measurable results.
• Uphold club policies, ensuring a clean and safe training environment.
• Complete session tracking, client communication, and required administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of personal training experience, preferably in a premium fitness setting.
• REPs Level 3 certification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, customer‑service and sales abilities.
• Solid knowledge of exercise science, program design and fitness assessments.
• Energetic, professional and passionate about helping members achieve results.
