About the role
Lead and coordinate individual or group adult fitness sessions for the FITNGLAM program at YAS Mall. Deliver high‑quality personal training, inductions and group classes while providing exceptional customer service to members.
Key responsibilities
- Complete PT inductions and achieve set targets.
- Maintain personal business plan and review it monthly with the Fitness Manager.
- Achieve PT session revenue targets as directed.
- Deliver energetic group fitness classes and personalized training programs.
- Communicate with members, handle feedback and ensure they feel welcome.
- Track client progress and keep daily client files.
Required profile
- Result‑oriented with flexibility and teamwork mindset.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and demonstrates a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and dynamic, confident presence.
Required skills
- REPS Level 3 qualification.
- First Aid certified.
