Personal Trainer – Full‑time On‑site in Dubai

About the role

Project Reshape is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join its elite coaching team in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering customized fitness solutions to a diverse client base, from injury‑recovery patients to performance‑focused athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized training programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Guide clients through workouts, ensuring correct technique and safety.
• Provide ongoing motivation, feedback, and support to help clients achieve their objectives.
• Educate clients on proper exercise methods and basic nutritional practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal training and fitness instruction.
• Background in circuit training and sports coaching.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition as it applies to fitness programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Relevant certification in Personal Training, Sports Science or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work with clients recovering from injuries or seeking performance enhancement.
