About the role

AB Fitness is looking for experienced and certified Personal Trainers to deliver high‑quality, results‑driven training to our members. The role involves one‑on‑one and small‑group sessions, tailored program design, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective one‑on‑one and small‑group personal training sessions aligned with each client’s goals.
• Design customized fitness programs, monitor progress, and adjust plans to ensure measurable body transformations.
• Promote personal training services, convert gym members into personal training clients, and grow a strong client base.
• Motivate, coach, and hold clients accountable through regular follow‑ups, progress assessments, and ongoing support.
• Maintain a professional gym floor presence, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Home‑country experience is acceptable.
• Hold an internationally recognised personal trainer certification (e.g., REPs, NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Required skills

• Fitness program design and implementation.
• Client progress monitoring and assessment.
• Ability to deliver safe and effective exercise techniques.
