Pharmacist (DHA Licensed) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a licensed DHA pharmacist to join GMG’s pharmacy team in Dubai, responsible for dispensing medications, advising customers, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review customers’ prescriptions for accuracy and suitability.
• Provide information and advice on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed.
• Conduct patient questioning to understand needs and provide assistance.
• Achieve sales targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling across Super Care categories.
• Order and purchase pharmaceutical and medical supplies, manage stock and handling.
• Comply with Dubai Health Authority and Ministry of Health regulations regarding preparation, labeling and delivery.
• Maintain and report pharmacy records to external authorities.
• Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and resolve billing issues.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as inventory management, expiry management and merchandising.
• Flexibly work different shifts and locations as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a registered pharmacist in UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English.
