Pharmacist (DHA Licensed)

About the role

The Pharmacy team is seeking a qualified DHA‑licensed Pharmacist to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing while delivering excellent customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting patients and contributing to the pharmacy’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, suitability, and required drugs.
• Provide customers with information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Conduct patient questioning to understand needs and offer appropriate assistance.
• Achieve sales targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling across all Super Care categories.
• Order, purchase, store, and handle pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
• Comply with local regulations on preparation, labeling, and delivery of medication.
• Maintain and report pharmacy records to external authorities (e.g., Dubai Health Authority, Ministry of Health).
• Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and resolve billing issues.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as inventory, expiry management, and merchandising.
• Flexibly work different shifts and locations as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Valid pharmacist license from the Dubai Health Authority.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered pharmacist in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English.
