About the role

The Pharmacovigilance Manager will lead the monitoring, assessment and reporting of safety information for medicinal and pharmaceutical products used by the organization. This part‑time hybrid position combines on‑site work in Abu Dhabi with flexible remote days.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse and evaluate adverse event data.
  • Prepare and submit safety reports and regulatory documentation on time.
  • Maintain pharmacovigilance systems, databases and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with medical, pharmacy and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver internal training on pharmacovigilance practices.
  • Support audits, inspections and risk‑management activities.

Required profile

  • Strong knowledge of local and international pharmacovigilance regulations.
  • Background in pharmacy, medicine or pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance operations, safety monitoring and risk‑management planning.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and written communication skills.
