Pharmacy Manager – Hospital

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy department at Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and efficient medication dispensing, and maintaining compliance with UAE health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the pharmacy team and foster a culture of excellence.
• Ensure effective and efficient dispensing of medication in line with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor robust inventory management practices, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Guarantee compliance with authority and company standards to uphold quality and mitigate risk.
• Manage the pharmacy budget, monitor financial performance, and control expenditures.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from an accredited institution and a valid UAE pharmacist license.
• At least 3 years of pharmacy management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory pharmacy requirements.
• Commercial awareness and ability to apply patient experience principles.
