Phlebotomist – HealthHub Clinic, Dubai Festival City

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join HealthHub Clinic at Dubai Festival City. The role involves safe, accurate blood collection for adult and paediatric patients while delivering a positive patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture and blood collection for adult and paediatric patients.
• Label, process and prepare specimens accurately and ensure proper handling and transportation.
• Identify patients correctly, maintain confidentiality and support health‑screening programmes.
• Monitor patients during and after collection, explaining procedures and reassuring anxious individuals.
• Follow DHA regulations, infection‑prevention protocols and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Phlebotomist or eligibility with minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Strong venepuncture skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent patient communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Tagalog language skills are highly preferred.
