Physiatrist – Home Rehabilitation (Al Ain)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Physiatrist to provide home‑based rehabilitation services in Al Ain. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose and manage patients in a home setting, aiming to improve functional ability, mobility and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients requiring physical medicine and rehabilitation services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical and functional needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses and other professionals.
• Provide guidance to patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with DOH regulations.

Required profile

• Valid DOH license.
• Medical degree with specialization in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Relevant clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
• Ability to assess and manage rehabilitation patients independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home healthcare or home rehabilitation is an advantage.
