Physical Therapy Technician (Remote)

About the role

MantraCare Wellness is seeking a Remote Physical Therapy Technician to support its virtual therapy platform. In this role you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to prepare and follow‑up on telehealth sessions, guide patients through exercise programs, and ensure accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in setting up and concluding telehealth appointments.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and monitor adherence.
• Document patient progress and session details in electronic systems.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication via phone or messaging.
• Coordinate scheduling and flag any clinical concerns for escalation.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and patient‑care skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Foundational knowledge of physical therapy principles and musculoskeletal care.
• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication in a digital environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow clinical instructions.
