Physics Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Physics Teacher to join its Abu Dhabi school for the 2026/2027 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver the English National Curriculum, raise standards, and contribute to a vibrant school community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement departmental policies, schemes of work and long‑term plans aligned with the school’s vision.
• Use data to identify under‑achieving students, create action plans and monitor progress, including provision for SEN, G&T and EAL learners.
• Evaluate teaching quality, set high expectations for staff, and lead performance‑management processes.
• Contribute to the school’s CAS programme and organise after‑school revision sessions for I/GCSE and IB DP courses.

Required profile

• Secure knowledge of the English National Curriculum and a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at various levels and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to the values of the region and alignment with the school’s ethos.
