About the role

Amana Healthcare, part of the M42 network, is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves evaluating referred patients, designing individualized therapeutic programs, and monitoring progress to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interpret referrals.
• Develop evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s functional limitations.
• Deliver, monitor, and modify interventions to improve mobility, independence and overall function.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers on self‑management and health promotion.
• Utilize standardized outcome measures to track progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.

Required profile

• Relevant physiotherapy qualification and registration.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology and evidence‑based practice.
• Ability to work within defined scope of practice and adhere to M42 and DOH/DHA policies.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
