Plant Process Operator – DGD

About the role

Operate and monitor the DGD (Desulfurization Gasoline) process plant in Abu Dhabi, ensuring safe and efficient production in line with ADNOC’s operating procedures and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out operational tasks safely, following Standard Operating Procedures and adjusting speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates as required.
• Perform routine equipment checks, report abnormalities, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Receive chemicals, maintain stock registers, and prepare chemical batches while adhering to HSE rules.
• Operate related machinery and equipment efficiently, obtain work permits, and monitor contractor activities.
• Act as auxiliary fireman or site safety officer during emergencies and contribute to KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in a relevant field or Secondary School Certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of plant operations experience in a large oil‑and‑gas industrial facility.
