Play Facilitator – Interactive Experience Host

About the role

Join Hoppi, a new family‑focused play destination in Abu Dhabi, as a Play Facilitator (also known as an Imaginator). You will be the face of the brand, creating memorable, joyful experiences for children aged 2‑8 and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, guide them through exhibit zones, and explain programs and activities.
• Wear the mascot costume on special occasions and lead themed birthday parties.
• Manage groups of children from schools, birthday parties, or camps, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Collect and communicate visitor feedback to improve the experience.
• Follow daily opening and closing protocols, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing program materials.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑organized environment across all galleries.
• Assist in emergencies and ensure a safe environment for all guests.

Required profile

• Friendly, courteous communication with a sincere, empathetic approach.
• Strong understanding of Hoppi’s philosophy and developmental learning objectives.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a visitor‑first culture.
• Comfortable interacting with children, teachers, and parents in an age‑appropriate manner.
