About the role

W Hotels on Yas Island is looking for a reliable Plumber to join its Engineering & Facilities team. You will provide essential plumbing support for guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Fix minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky faucets.
• Perform small‑scale repairs like tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching wall holes.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, respect guest privacy, and assist guests with disabilities when needed.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 lb and assisting with heavier items when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior plumbing experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• No supervisory experience or licensing needed.
• Ability to work safely in a hotel environment and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
