PMC Project Manager - Buildings Projects

About the role

Parsons is hiring a PMC Project Manager for buildings projects in Abu Dhabi. The role leads a team of professionals working directly with the client to deliver projects within time, price and quality. Candidates should have building projects experience of projects up to $100m in a PMC delivery capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects.
• Help develop the scope of works, prepare project plans, establish and monitor the project programme, and integrate requirements across all functions.
• Monitor execution, budget and invoices, project delivery and coordination with all stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, authorities, utilities providers and other stakeholders.
• Provide innovative solutions to project issues affecting cost, time and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience, ideally 20 years.
• Experience in a PMC capacity on building projects.
• Proactive approach to resolving design and construction issues.
• Liaison with authorities, entities and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
