About the role
Hitachi is offering a Management Trainee program focused on Project Management Office (PMO) functions, providing a comprehensive introduction to multiple business areas across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR to gain broad business exposure.
- Support the PMO Manager in day‑to‑day portfolio governance, KPI monitoring and risk analysis.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and proposals for senior management.
- Identify AI opportunities to improve PMO processes and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving and leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
